Red, White and Green

Now that Thanksgiving is over we will all be concentrating on tables for Christmas. To see more of these you need to head over to Between Naps On The Porch! Thank you for hosting my favorite meme, Susan.

To enlarge any picture, just click on it.

I have used the dark green dinner plate with the raised leaf and berry border as a charger plate.

The next layer is a red, white and green Gibson dinner plate. I used these in a tablescape last year, too.

The salad plate layer is a white with green border. They are Shenango China made in New Castle, PA. I am sure they were made for restaurants, but they had the perfect green for this table.

The last two layers to make up this place setting are a plain red Waechtersbach dessert plate and the Gibson soup bowl.

Back in October, I won a CSN gift certificate in a giveaway Linda at A la Carte was having...I used it to get some red water glasses...the photos do not do the color justice. It is bright red, perfect for Christmas! Thank you again, Linda.

Place setting.

I noticed I got a pretty good blue hour photo.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my blog. I really appreciate all the comments you have been kind enough to leave.

My favorite shot is that last one with the blue hour behind the table. It's awesome.

I really loved watching your place setting stack up. It turned out perfectly lovely with just the right details peeking out from each plate. Wonderful job!

Those dishes are really pretty!! Love the greens with the gorgeous red glasses! I wish I had some red glasses, but no room (at the inn) to store them! LOL!

Funny the titles of our Tablescapes are similar! We were similar last week too! Great minds think alike! LOL!

Sorry I'm late with a reply, I've been gone all day.
