Instead of the reds and oranges I went with white and green for the place settings. I started with an white dinner plate, that is used as a charger. They are Chantilly, pattern unknown. These were $4.99 for 4 at Savers.
The salad plate is a plain green by Tabletops Gallery, Napoli. These were found at Goodwill for 49¢ each.
The soup bowl which will be used for a chopped salad is made by Gibson. These were also bought at Goodwill for 49¢ each.
The flatware is Oneida Louisiana stainless.
The glassware is a simple olive green stem. I think these were found at Savers last year.
The napkins are from Savers, $1.99 for 4. They are olive green with a brownish edging. The brown napkin rings are Better Homes & Gardens found at WalMart on final sale at 50¢ per package of 4. I also got gold and green ceramic ones for the same price!
The centerpiece is green candles/white candle holders and a compote with gourds and mini pumpkins.
The rim shot...
I have a new camera and tried some different settings this week. Once I get used to it, I think I will really like it.

Pretty but I liked the oranges better.......but then, if you remember, I had the bright orange winter parka when we were kids!!
love you,
jude
The table really looks nice. Bev
Marigene...this is one of the best fall tablescapes I've seen! The tablecloth is perfect with your pretty dishes and glasses. What great bargains you got on everything at Savers! We don't have one of those. I love the centerpiece, too, the compote is pretty!
Have fun with your new camera!
XO,
Jane
How pretty and simple. Those white dinner plates with scalloped edges are unique. Love the olive glasses to. You've just tied everything together to compliment the tablecloth, right down to the little pumpkins and gords. Very Thanksgiving looking! Sue Z.
I love that tablecloth! Such a fall feeling. I really love those off white plates! You got a great deal on those napkin rings!!

The cloth is fabulous. Your table is wonderful. Love that cloth!:-)
That is just a great tablecloth.. Wonderful. The perfect backdrop for your pretty dishes. Your savers is much better than mine that is for sure. I love love the napkins with that table. The gourds are just the crowning jewels.. xo marlis
My favorite shot of all was when you showed the aerial with that wonderful tablecloth. I LOVE that. It sets the place setting off perfectly. I also like the napkins and that compote for the centerpiece. It was simple enough not to compete with the linens, but perfect for the table.
I love the tablecloth! I would like to see it done sometime with a pop of black in some of the design elements. Your plates were such a wonderful deal...you scored big time on them! I like the emphasis on the greens...a great harvest themed table. Thanks for inviting us for a peak. Cherry Kay
My first comment got lost!
Anyway this is a great table, and thanks so much for your nice comment and visit.
You put together a wonderful table with some great buys! it looks great, love the tablecloth!
Marigene,
Love, love, love the Sunflowers in your tablecloth!!! Those plates used as chargers are exquisite! Green & white are a perfect combination! The brown trim on your napkins makes this such a stunning placesetting, dear friend!
Perfect for this Autumnal weather and Indian Summer temperatures!!!
Fondly,
Pat
What a great tablecloth to set your dishes on. I enjoyed reading all, I take it, your family or close friend's comments. I love the dinner plates! Your new camera takes crisp shots. I loved the picture where you could see all your tureens. As you may know, we were packed up and ready to move, but someone backed out of our home. My husband is in VA and I am in UT. The other day I went to storage and got out a couple of tureens -- I don't like serving soup without one. You have a nice collection. Nice table. Joni
You are so thrifty with all the lovely china! The pretty tablecloth makes the whole tablescape combine for a great fall background. The photos are lovely and I hope you enjoy using your new camera! Very Thrifty and Beautiful!
Thanks, Pam
You find the best bargains! The tablecloth just sets the perfect Fall table. The centerpiece is so simple, but the perfect touch!?
I like the colors you went with. Love the cloth and the napkins. Great deals as always.

Such a pretty tablescape! I love the colors that you chose. That wonderful tablecloth makes a perfect backdrop for everything to shine.
What a lovely tablescape you've created, Marigene--I love the dishes, napkins and napkin rings that you found at such great prices. Take me along next time you go shopping, 'kay :)? I enjoyed hearing from you today, and glad that you enjoyed my ribbon-covered lampshade!
You have the eye for tablecloths! Beautiful fall table!
Love the tablecloth! I like how you worked your centerpiece items in without covering the pretty detail of the tablecloth!
Hi Marigene!
Those chargers are fabulous! Love how they are elongated. I also like that tablecloth with the harvest scene. I need to start a collection of "scene" tablecloths.

This is lovely!
this is lovely!
I just adore your tablecloth. You may have had it for a long time, but it is a treasure. So appropriate for a fall tablescape. Using the greens with it keeps the focus on the tablecloth. And having a centerpiece with natural elements only reinforces the fall theme. So beautiful!
This is a very beautiful autumn table filled with pretty colors and patterns. Lovely!
Lovely fall tablescape. Nice mix of pieces and the tablecloth is really pretty. Love cloths like that. xo
Great photos, Marigene. I could tell right away you must have a new camera. Love the shot with your tureen collection in the background! Very pretty tablescape.
Hi Marigene,
You did a great job with your photos; I noticed even before I read that you have a new camera. It does take practice though, doesn't it?
I love your tablecloth and the colors you've chosen for your plates and goblets. Everything compliments each other just perfectly. I think your Oneida is lovely; we have the Oneida stainless "Tennyson" pattern. I've always thought it was pretty, but I think I like yours better. :)
Thanks for sharing your pretty table and have a wonderful week!
Denise
