Hopping Down The Bunny Trail!

Our Easter table inspiration came from the tablecloth...I pulled out pink and green for the plates and glassware, blue and lavender for the tall centerpiece. I chose not to use any yellow this time.

The placesetting starts with white wood chargers topped with green and pink cabbage leaf plates.

I used a plain pink napkin for the rabbit head napkin fold...it isn't quite as pretty as I thought it would be...I had to jazz it up with eyes and a little pink nose (straight pins/buttons).

The flatware pattern is Oneida Louisiana and not sure of the pale pink glassware, but am guessing they are probably made by Libbey.

Thanks for taking the time to visit today. Please come back the next time!

Happy Easter!

The title of your post was so apropos. I'm dog sitting for a friend, and I was over checking on the dog this afternoon. We were taking our usually lap around the yard when a bunny sprang out a of nearby bush and hightailed it out of there. The first thought that came to my mind was "There goes Peter Cottontail. Hopping down the bunny trail." LOL. I don't think I've heard the term "bunny trail" in years and now twice in one day :)

All your bunnies are beautiful, Marigene...such cute variety. I must make a note to find more of those cabbage plates you have. I would like to do an entire table with them & I don't have enough.
Your centerpiece is striking & I never think to do that...must make myself another note. LOL
Thanks for the smile wishes. Keeping a stiff upper lip, whatever that means.
