The Mythical Bluebird (of Paradise)...

It's Thursday, time to join Susan of Between Naps On the Porch for Tablescape Thursday. Please make sure you drop by our gracious host, Susan's, after leaving here, to see what other porch guests have done with their tables.

You may enlarge the pictures by clicking on them.

Tonight's table was inspired by one of my favorite vintage tablecloths. I love the bright blue against the white.

There are only two larger than life birds, on diagonal corners, the rest has a floral border.

Dinner plate border has same type of mythical bluebird as the tablecloth.

ooh! I love this table cloth. My mother had one exactly like it, I have no idea what happened to it, but I wish I had it. Such and elegant table setting. Everything is captivating and breath taking!

Thank you for the kind words about my daughter and the weather. It's bad and it sounds like it could get worse. The good thing is, she is safe and warm, I just wish she was here instead of there!
