Another April Cornell Inspired Table

I bought this blue/green/yellow April Cornell tablecloth at the same time as the aqua/orange one. I think everyone knows, by now, that blue/green is my favorite color combination. There were matching napkins so I bought those, too. I have found that some AC napkins run on the smaller side, so I put them on top of bright green napkins. A bright yellow beaded napkin ring held them together.

Trying to keep as much green on the table as possible I used seeded green glassware.

The flatware is a very simple straight line pattern.

The plate stack begins with a white wood charger, green cabbage charger and dinner plate. On top of the dinner plates are green banana leaf salad plates.

The center piece is a cabbage pitcher with sunflowers and spider mums flanked by green wood candle holders.

Thanks for visiting today. Hope you will return next time.

I WANT that tablecloth!

I've missed you! I'll get better. This is a beautiful table---all of the jewel tone colors. My daughter has cabbage dishes and I'm going to show her this table. Great job, Mari.

Let me know how things are.

Another dazzler, Marigene! I love everything about this table, but those banana leaf plates really send me. I love your use of two napkins in a napkin ring and, do you know, I have those EXACT same napkin rings! Time to get them out of storage, I think.

Hello, I saw your blog on a friends following list and had to come see where "The Middle of Nowhere" was . . . oh, central Kansas . . . that is a state that I have never visited. When I hear Kansas I always think, Wizard of Oz. Your table scapes are beautiful, I have been going through a few of your posts . . . it makes me want to go thrifting to see what treasure I just might find. Thank you for the inspiration :)
Your blogging sister,
Connie :)

Thanks so much for your visit, today. How interesting that you were a cartographer; I'd love to hear more about that! Hope you have a great weekend!

Hugs,
