Blue and white seem to be the color this month, so far. I know there are a few pieces you have already seen in past posts, but they went so well I used them again in this tablescape. I am working on getting something other than red/white/blue for a future post.
Monday was a great day at the thrift stores! On my trip to Goodwill, for the Monday senior discount, I found 4 water goblets 74¢ each and 4 wine stems for 37¢ each. At my local ARC Thrift Store I found a serving bowl in red transferware, 8 crystal sherry glasses and a set of brand new, still in the box blue and white rooster dishes service for four. I have been looking for these dishes for a couple of years after buying a couple of soup bowls and a plate at a yard sale. I paid $30 for all.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by...hope you all have enjoyed your visit this week.
I know you will enjoy stopping to visit with our hostess, Susan, of Between Naps On the Porch...she has many more guests you will want to check out!
