The quackers have arrived, while outside the other day, a flock of geese flew over...just hearing them reminded me of the BP Mallard duck plates I bought several months ago. Also, we have seen several ducks on nearby ponds. I decided to get busy setting a table...kept finding something to add here and there.
Each placesetting began with the white wood chargers followed by mocha Gracious Goods dinner plates, Bordallo Pinheiro Mallard duck salad plate and finally Mallard duck covered mini soup tureen/casseroles.
The glassware is Whitehall by Colony iced tea/water.
I have used the wood handled flatware.
The forest green cotton napkins are held with 2 different napkin rings...wood ducks and ceramic Mallards.
There is also a large Mallard tureen to go with the mini tureens that I have used as the centerpiece. The stamp on the bottom is what looks like the letter S and Made in Portugal. One set of candle holder are wood with birch bark candles and the others are glass cylinders filled with Vermont acorns and green candles. I also added the cute Bur Oak acorns around.
Thanks for taking the time to visit today...hope you will return the next time.
I will join Table It at Rustic & Refined.

This tablescape is a big wow...you wow us over and over.
Marigene, your quackers are perfect for a fall tablescape. The stack is full of texture and whimsical fun. Loving all the bright colors for fall too.
Ohhhh just lovely. I adore the ducks tureens, of course. I could have a zillion different individual soup tureens, I swear I could. Love how all the pieces fit in with you theme - and the colors are magnificent - just the spark needed on an Autumn day. I have the same flatware - we used it for our Halloween table setting.
Marigene, this is really pretty and the 'quackers' are unexpected. Love the plate stack and the acorns on the table!
hugs,
Linda
