Each year I look for Better Homes and Garden's Heritage Collection Christmas plates. This year they are Santa with a couple of his reindeer pulling the sleigh, thus Santa's reindeer! I still have BHG dishes from last year that I haven't made a tablescape with. My plan is to do several more tables this year, if time permits...so stay tuned
I wanted to do something more for the male species so I have used more of a woodland theme. I started with a gold tablecloth and cream/tan checked napkins held with deer antler napkin rings. The amber glassware and flatware round out the setting.
Notice the mama fox and kit down in the right side of the plate! I love these plates.
Thanks for visiting, hope you will return next time.
I will be joining Table It/Rustic & Refined.

Those plates are so sweet. I really do like the BH&G designs each year. This is a great table that the men would enjoy for sure.

I love the BH&G plates for this year too. I haven't bought any b/c I have a moratorium against any new dishes, but i would've to have them. I also love the wood placemats, trays, chargers? not sure what they are besides beautiful. Tell me about them. Dianne
Oh what a pretty table - love the featured plates - I had no idea there were new ones made each year - what a lovely collectible. Your table holds such beauty - you have a great eye for making things go together. The centerpiece is perfect. Have you had snow yet? When we lived in Kansas a million years ago the snow got higher than our kids' heads - sometimes there was 4 feet of snow and with a frozen crust on top they could walk around on top of the snow - they enjoyed that a lot - we liked the snow on weekends when we could stay home and spend time with family doing crafts and cooking.
You've set a beautiful table and I love those plates, Merry Christmas!
Very pretty and festive Table Marigene-Lovew the plates and the trees!
The Santa plates are adorable, Marigene! Pretty, pretty table in your last post too. Still playing catch up since Thanksgiving :)
So beautiful! I love the Heritage collection! You have done a splendid job of layering the colors, love how the beige colored dinner plates highlight the Christmas plates so prettily...beautiful tablescape! Merry Christmas! Hugs, Poppy

SO clever! Those reindeer horn napkin rings are adorable. Your family and guests will feel so special!
I am in love with these plates and the napkin rings are fabulous too! What a wonderful tablescape that definitely hits the more masculine side.
Hi, I looked at the dish collection a few weeks ago and thought they were very nice for Christmas. Glad to see you bought them and are featuring them in your post. Very festive!
What a beautiful tablescape. I love your plates, especially the movement in the artists design. The way the reindeer are running and the adorable foxes standing by. Your charger plates are wonderful. Centerpiece is so grand and speaks of a winter scene. I so enjoyed your post.
Those plates are pretty dang cute!! I like the woodland theme of your table!
What precious plates, Marigene...I had not seen them before & they are darling!!
Yes, do buy them when you see them, because they'll be gone in no time. I've learned my lesson the hard way!!
Wishing you & yours a very Blessed & HEALTHY Christmas & 2016!
