A Quick Hello

Just a quick hello...I am still around, reading and commenting. I just can't seem to get enthused about doing a table lately.

Here is one I did the other day using new orange Bordallo charger plates. I have a table all set in my mind for later in the summer using them, too.

I really appreciate your visit and comments. Until next time...have a wonderful week.

I will be joining Dishing It & Digging It and hope you will join in!

Marigene, I love these colors. What a pretty combination and I would not have thought of that. Love the touch of blue. You set the prettiest tables. I seem to have lost my tablescaping mojo but maybe one day I'll get it back. Your tables inspire me!
hugs,
Linda

Hi Marigene! This is a beautiful table and love your mass of candlesticks in the middle. I think we all get in a spot when the ideas don't come. Don't give up - it will.
Be a sweetie,

Marigene,
I absolutely adore your aqua and orange color combination, dear friend!
You inspire me with your tablescapes!
Since I've been battling "frozen shoulder", I haven't done a single tablescape.
I miss doing them, but can't raise my arm to reach the plates and such!
Keep 'em comin', they just get better and better!
Fondly,
Pat
P.S. We escaped the wrath of the storm. . .just much needed rains!

Lovely how you've pulled all of the colors from the napkins together, Marigene! I lose my 'mojo' sometimes too :)

What a fun table scape. I like the color combinations though I don't have the talent to choose that myself. You have a good eye!

Beautiful new plates and table. Love the color of your new plates. I hadn't done a table in awhile either, was also just not inclined, but just did one using similar colors. Too busy in the garden I guess. :)

Hello Marigene,

Your table is wonderful. Colorful and very festive. I think it is perfect for Cinco De Mayo.

I can understand how one is sometimes in a funk or uninspired. It happens to me too but you did just fine.

Have a wonderful week.

Your turquoise and orange table setting could be south of the border instead of Kansas. Very festive!

I LOVE these colors, the orange is particularly vibrant. I have been trying to come up with an orange and blue table setting using what I have (very difficult since I have no orange), so bought what I thought was orange spray paint to paint some small birdcages, but it is too pink. So, now I either repaint the birdcages, or come up with a coral/pink table. Your candles here are lovely. Where on earth are you able to find such beautiful tapers? I can't find tapers around at all anymore.

Your Bordallo Pinhero plates have so much potential and you show them off well. I know it is fun changing colors. I have a few pieces of the green and would like more. Tuesday Morning please hurry and have them again.
I relate to the energy required to do a table and photograph it. Thanks for your encouragement.

Orange and turquoise add such energy no matter where they are combined. I always am attracted to how you use color as it is such a big part of how I see.
