It's A Plaid World

We had a great time in Vermont over the holidays, even got lots of snow right after Christmas, but I missed doing a table!

It is almost time to head over to Between Naps On The Porch for Tablescape Thursday. Susan, thank you for hosting my favorite meme each week. Make sure you click on the link to get inspiration from the many other bloggers that share in this hobby!

I don't know about you, but I am about holidayed out with Christmas colors. This week's inspiration came from a piece of lightweight wool that I am using for the tablecloth. It is a nice warm tan, dark rust that is almost a cranberry and bluish gray.

The dinner plates are Country Manor by Noble Excellence. They are listed as green, but are more gray with a hint of blue with a brown wash on the rims.

The raspberry solid color salad plate is by Nancy Calhoun.

The soup bowl is Pamela Gladding's Tuscan Rooster. Replacements, Ltd. lists this as an individual ice cream bowl...they are huge, holding a quart to the rim!

Place setting.

The soup tureen is a pale tan with darker tan/pink flowers, so I used it to keep in the same shades as the rest of the table instead of using a white one.

Cranberry water glass, unknown maker/pattern.

Thank you all that have taken the time to visit my blog...it is really appreciated. I hope to see you next week!
