Vera Meets April!

The inspiration for this table was the April Cornell tablecloth I found at HomeGoods a couple months ago. It is blue, green and cream.

The solid periwinkle napkins are held with a dragonfly napkin ring.

I have used a blue Vera Bradley charger, green BP cabbage leaf dinner plate, blue salad plate from Target and a green BP cabbage leaf soup bowl.

The flatware is Oxford Hall Fashion Wear...they call it lime...I have to disagree with them, it isn't lime by any means...more like a grass or leaf green.

The glassware is Artland Iris in light green.

The centerpiece is a cake pedestal filled with candles...how much simpler can it get.

The rim shot.

Thanks for taking the time to visit today...hope you will return the next time.

I don't think Vera and April ever got along this well in person. Beautiful pairing of beautiful designs. I love the blue and green tablecloth and the gorgeous blue charger plates. The cabbage plates look lovely set against the colors of the tablecloth. Love, Love, Love!!!

Marigene I love the bright blues and greens! The tablecloth and napkins go so well together! Everything compliments each other. I do love the simplicity of your candles as a centerpiece. It would have been my first choice! Thanks for visiting me....

Marigene, this is a beautiful table. Your dish stacks are always the best and have prompted me to take a good look a dish rims while shopping. All the dishes are great but I'm partial to the rope trim of the target plate. I could go on and on, the tablecloth, the flatware....... I love it all.
Thanks for dropping by.

You DO set the most beautifully colored tablescapes! I am in awe of how you can put dishes together and they go beautifully. Things I would never think to try! You are inspiring!
I just bought a new set of china today...well not new but old and on ebay. I cannot wait to get them..but wondering what to mix with them as they are print..
The seller made a suggestion but when I went to see...I didn't really care for the combination.
So.thought I would pop over and get some idea's from you. :) I always do!
Love,
Mona

and aren't you lucky to have just the right pieces to go with the table topper! Are all of those fresh veggies out of your garden? Mine right now is overrun with lettuce so we are eating lots of salads.
