The simple tablescape this week is a little on the
I came across the placemats while looking for something bright and cheery to build this week's table. For some reason, the orange kept speaking to me...finally shouting to pair it with white.
The placemats are from World Market. I have used an orange and a white napkin. I put the orange between the American Atelier Athena charger and Wedgwood Hedge Rose dinner plate. On top of the dinner plate is the orange Waechtersbach dessert plate and finally a shell salad plate. The reason I used the shell dish is to sort of mimic one of the flowers on the placemat.
You all know that any chance I can use the vintage Oxford Hall Fashion Wear flatware I jump on it! This time it is the orange.
The water glass is Noritake Perspective in tangerine.
I have pulled the little bit of aqua from the placemat and used an aqua fruit bowl filled with tangerines as the centerpiece.
Thank you for taking the time to visit today...hope you will return next time.
