Snow Owl Tablescape

These are the owl dishes I bought last year and didn't get a chance to use! They are part of the Better Homes  Gardens Heritage Collection Series.

I used a great horned owl in the centerpiece as I don't own a snow owl! I had thought of spray painting this one, then decided that wasn't a good idea! There are live and faux trees mixed together to create the centerpiece along with red votive candle holders.

My mother has hundreds of owls in her collection so this would be her favorite tablescape. I will tell her about it. Santa is being so good to us this year with all these tablescape presents. bbb

Oh my heart sings with happiness when looking at this table. I've gone up and down the post so many times you are lucky I didn't wear it out. LOL The owl plates are super wonderful - I shall find some one day. Everything goes together perfectly - the colors are sparkling and wonderful. Fabulous table!!!!

Love those sweet owl plates. I was a Chi Omega, so owls were a big part of my college days. I've been amused at how popular the are in recent years. Such beautiful raptors. In recent days, I hear two owls calling to each other each evening.
Thanks for sharing your cheerful table.

Of course I have those sweet owl plates and you know my love of owls. Once I rescued a Great Horned Owl, and have been fascinated with them ever since. What a beautiful table!

I love everything you have combined.
However, when my eye hit those goblets, I plain flat wanted them!
I love red goblets.

Merry, Merry Christmas!

What a pretty table, Marigene! The owl looks likes he's out in the wintry forest. The dishes are beautiful and I'm glad that you finally were able to use them.
How's your dear hubby feeling?

I think leaving the owl the way it is was perfect, because it adds a little something something. Beautiful plates and table setting as always, Marigene :)

Also, I'm so happy your husband's cancer is in remission! That's fantastic news and I'll say another prayer that he gets through the rest of it.

(((hugs)))
